Harry looking happy and content and getting ready to settle down. |
I wondered if he was just nodding off or hanging his head in shame after eating all my goldfish, again. |

Great shots - I do love pictures of herons - sorry he is eating your goldfish - but they are so sparkly and delicious.
ReplyDeleteThere seems to be something wrong with this blog post, The first two pics are on top of each other and I cannot read your text. Or is it my computer?
ReplyDeleteIt looks o.k. to me, but I'm not sure how others see it.
DeleteHe's so handsome - I'd be happy to fill my pond with goldfish on a regular basis just to see Harry each day! they are one of my favourite birds.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by my blog - it's very much appreciated - hope you have a great week.
I like Harry:))
ReplyDeleteKeep buying new fishes :-) Harry the Heron is quite a handsome guy!
ReplyDeletegreat series... LOVE your commentary!
ReplyDeleteHa! Great post. Hope Harry stops eating your fish! Happy Skywatching!
ReplyDeleteThese are such wonderful photos of such a beautiful critter! (But naughty Harry for eating Ann's goldfish friends! He does look contrite in that last photo, though). :-)
ReplyDeleteHerons are no small bird, I'm surprised you can't hear him clomping around up there over your head! Looks like you've got a very stout roof, though. I wonder if he was calling for you to come out and take his photo! He looks like he probably enjoyed being the center of your attention.
Thanks for sharing your delightful photos of Harry!
Beautiful bird. Love your shots.
ReplyDeleteSo fun to see Harry! :) and NOW I just realized who you are :)) You're back again, that's great! :)
